Job Description
We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Project Manager to join our team and lead the management of complex projects. The Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing the entire project lifecycle, from design to delivery, ensuring compliance with deadlines, costs and quality.
Main missions:
- Define project objectives, scope and priorities in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
- Develop and monitor the project schedule, identifying risks and anticipating needs.
- Ensure the management of human, material and financial resources necessary for the proper execution of the project.
- Coordinate internal and external teams, ensuring communication and collaboration between the different actors.
- Monitor project progress and ensure deliverables meet quality, cost and deadline requirements.
- Analyser les écarts et mettre en place des actions correctives pour garantir la réussite du projet.
- Prepare and lead follow-up meetings, write performance reports and report key information to management.
- Higher education (Bac +5) in project management, engineering or similar field.
- Successful experience of at least 3 to 5 years in a similar role, ideally in a dynamic and complex sector.
- Strong command of project management tools (MS Project, Trello, Jira, etc.).
- Excellent communication, team management and problem solving skills.
- Rigor, autonomy, organizational skills and ability to work under pressure.
- English proficiency is a plus.
